Compliance, Governance, and Monitoring – development and implementation of monitoring and oversight programs, compliance reviews, performance reviews, cash surplus analysis, and risk assessment.

Real Estate Advisory – economic and market analysis, due diligence, asset valuation, inspections, transaction management, quality control, post-closing accounting support, file and record retention, invoice reconciliation, and customer service. We also perform property management and preservation of the client’s assets. Services include loan set-up, analysis, servicing, and close out.
